Billing and balance

What happens when my balance runs out?
Requests that already succeeded are not rolled back - you still get the response, and the charge moves to the background recharge queue to be retried. So running out of balance does not show up as a failed call; it shows up as a charge sitting in the queue, which clears once you top up.
How do I top up?
Choose Alipay or USDT on the Balance page in the console. Alipay credits instantly; for USDT, transfer as instructed and wait for an administrator to confirm.
Why do prices differ from the official ones?
Several upstream channels are aggregated and routed by live cost, so prices track upstream costs continuously. The Live pricing page shows the price actually in effect when your request is made.
Are usage and charges real time?
Usage detail is recorded as soon as the request finishes. The few charges that fail go to the recharge queue first and land once a retry succeeds, so in rare cases the bill lags slightly.

Technical

Which models are supported?
Whatever the Live pricing page lists. A model appearing there means it has both a price and an upstream account able to serve it.
Do function calling and JSON mode work?
The request body is forwarded upstream verbatim and no fields are stripped, so it depends on whether the specific upstream account supports the feature.
Is streaming supported?
Yes. Set stream to true and chunks arrive over SSE. Individual upstream accounts that do not implement streaming return 501.
Is my request content stored?
Requests and responses are written to a call log for troubleshooting and billing; they are masked by default and truncated when oversized. The admin panel never sees full payloads. Requests are not used to train any model.

Agents and referrals

How do I become an agent?
Agents are enabled by an administrator. Once enabled, My agents appears in the console with your personal referral link.
How is commission calculated?
Commission accrues on the spend of users attributed to you, at your agent markup rate. Settle and request a withdrawal from My earnings.
I registered without a referral link - can I be attached later?
No. Attribution is bound at the moment of registration and can never be changed afterwards.

FAQ

What is an LLM router?
A routing layer between your app and many model providers. It picks the best upstream account in real time by price, latency and availability, fails over automatically, and your code only talks to one Base URL.
Is it OpenAI-compatible?
Yes. Change one line — the Base URL. Request and response shapes match the OpenAI API, so your SDK stays the same.
How can prices be up to 90% off?
We aggregate multiple upstream channels and route to whichever is cheapest right now, passing on prompt-cache discounts. Every request is billed at the discount in effect at that moment.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Requests are used only for forwarding and billing. Logs are masked by default and sensitive headers are never persisted.
Do credits expire?
No. Pay-as-you-go balance never expires. Use it whenever you like and top up at any time.
